This position was my first taste of the world of arts administration. I got to observe and participate in the process of producing an awards competition from beginning to end. In my role as intern, I inputted official scores and comments for all adjudicated productions, ran the Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat accounts, edited footage for promotional videos, emailed adjudicators, school administrators, competitors, and employees, and assisted Ben Vereen and other artistic and administrative employees as needed.
