This piece was developed over the course of six months. The project began with a series of interviews asking students at Carnegie Mellon to speak about their relationship to God or some higher power. A compilation of those interviews became the score for the documentary-dance piece Are You There God? It’s Me…This piece creatively depicted the stories of the interviewees and the personal experiences of the dancers through movement.
